In August 2017, Taylor Swift won her sexual assault case against ex-radio DJ David Mueller, who she said had touched her in appropriately in 2013 while they were getting a photographed during a meet and greet.

Seven years later and Taylor is completing her sold-out Eras Tour and has grown an empire of Swifties who she wants to inspire with her words and music. Fans have shown their love and support for what the music star had gone through, as a clip from her 2020 documentary Miss Americana has resurfaced.

Speaking about the assault in her documentary, Taylor said: “This happened to me, we told his bosses. They did an investigation, and he got fired. Then he sued me for millions of dollars, so I counter sued for one dollar.”

She goes on to bravely speak about the experience of the courtroom, explaining when she walked in, there was a person “sitting in a swivel chair, staring at you like you did something to him.”
