Iga Świątek is set to begin her campaign in Doha soon. Alongside her, Magda Linette and Magdalena Fręch will also compete in the Qatari capital. All three Polish players are aiming for their best performance and a shot at significant prize money. WTA 1000 tournaments always offer substantial financial rewards, making it clear that there’s a lot to play for—the prospect of winning comes with a massive cash boost.

The tournament organizers in Qatar are not holding back when it comes to rewarding participants. Even first-round competitors stand to earn a considerable sum. With three Polish players in the mix, each has a chance to fight for big earnings and crucial WTA ranking points. Świątek, who won the title in Doha last year, has 1000 points to defend.

Świątek, Linette, and Fręch Compete for Big Money:
In the first round of the Doha tournament, Magda Linette will face Veronika Kudermetova, while Magdalena Fręch takes on Beatriz Haddad Maia. Just by competing, both Polish players will earn $16,900, roughly 69,000 PLN. As a top seed, Iga Świątek will start from the second round, where players are guaranteed $23,500 (around 96,000 PLN).

A player who advances to the third round will take home $41,600 (approximately 169,000 PLN). Reaching the quarterfinals means securing a prize of $83,470, which translates to about 340,000 PLN.

For Iga Świątek, this tournament is about more than just ranking points—it’s a chance for another title and a major financial boost. Will she defend her crown and take home millions? The coming days will tell.
