Kylie Kelce Says Prioritizing Exercising Sets a ‘Good Example’ for Her 3 Daughters
Kylie Kelce is modeling healthy habits for her kids.
In a new interview with Eating Well, the 31-year-old mom of three opened up about her workout routine and why she believes it’s important for her daughters — Bennett, 11 months, Elliotte, 2½, and Wyatt, 4 — to see her working up a sweat.
Kelce, who is married to Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, told the outlet that she has a babysitter come to the house a bit earlier in the morning so she can enjoy what she calls “a little ‘mom shutdown.’ ”
Then I actually go and walk for quite some distance just to clear my head. Sometimes I’ll answer emails while I’m walking. It’s a really good way to sort of take a step back,” she explained.
Kylie said her solo walk not only benefits her health and well-being, but also shows her children that taking time to move your body is a good habit to embrace.
