Reba McEntire Responds to Alleged Claims of Calling Taylor Swift a ‘Spoiled Brat’ Following Supposed Super Bowl Diss
Reba McEntire denied calling Taylor Swift a “spoiled brat.”
The “Little Rock” songstress took to Instagram Saturday to share a post from the America Loves Liberty Facebook group that alleged the country icon was “disappointed” in Swift’s behavior during her national anthem performance at the 2024 Super Bowl
Please don’t believe everything you see on the Internet,” McEntire, who performed “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the game, wrote. “I did not say this. Taylor is a wonderful artist, strong role model and has done so much good for so many people and the music industry.”
McEntire’s statement was in response to the group’s slandering post, which read, “Reba McIntire [sic] talks about how disappointed she was to look up at the big screen while performing The National Anthem, only to see Taylor Swift laughing and drinking and making a mockery of the event.”
