In an electrifying moment that left fans in awe, pop icon Taylor Swift was joined on stage by the legendary Ice Spice during her third night concert in Sydney
Swifties were treated to a fun surprise on Friday night as Taylor Swift brought out Ice Spice to perform during her Eras Tour show.
During night one of three shows in New Jersey at MetLife Stadium, Swift surprised fans by closing out the show with Ice Spice. The rapper, 23, strutted the signature Eras stage, performing her verse on the new remix of “Karma,” released earlier this week.
Fans in the stadium were also shown the world premiere of the music video for the song — which Swift announced would be released at midnight Saturday. The video played on the massive screen on stage while Swift and her dancers sat and watched along with the audience.
Swift announced a new extended edition of her latest album, Midnights,’Til Dawn Edition, which features the latest collab. When promoting the song’s release earlier this week, Swift fawned over Ice Spice in the caption that read: “I’m a massive fan of this brilliant artist and after getting to know her I can confirm: she is THE ONE to watch.”
After the show, Ice Spice shared some photos from night one with the caption, “karma.”
Swift is known for her surprises throughout her concerts, and the Eras Tour has been no exception. Before Ice Spice came on stage, Swift welcomed her long-time collaborator and friend Jack Antonoff — a New Jersey native. Antonoff, who is also in the band Bleachers, has written and produced a large share of Swift’s music. The pair performed an acoustic version of “Getaway Car” together.
